Five new Ambulance were handed over to the Government of Grenada through the ministry of Health.

On Friday December 14th , five new Ambulance were handed over to the Government of Grenada through the ministry of Health.
This as the government continues to work on improving health care in Grenada.
Of the five new ambulance received, two came from National Lotteries authority and Canadian Bank Note {CBN}, one from GRENLEC, the Maria Holder Trust, and the other from the Government of Grenada.
With the handing over of the five new ambulance three of which are Toyota’s and two Nissan, it is the hope that it will be adequately equipped and staff, to respond to the needs of the nation.
During a post Cabinet Briefing earlier in 2018, Health Minister Hon Nickolas Steele, stated that by year end 2018 the number of ambulance will be increased to ten and that they will be placed at strategic compounds.
